At Cooltoi, we proudly support global shipping for our wrench tools and hand tools. We aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and at a fair cost, no matter where you are located.
If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be transferred to a local courier partner. This will appear on your tracking information as a delivery event, and the order should reach you within 24 hours after the transfer.
For stocked items, we offer same-day shipping for orders received Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.
Due to shipping limitations, we currently do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. military mailing addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
