Return & Refund Policy – Cooltoi
At Cooltoi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our wrench tools and hand tools. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will:

Provide you with a return shipping label.

Send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you send an item back without authorization, the return cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent, item damaged in transit), Cooltoi will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if:

The item is defective.

The item is damaged.

You received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Items marked as Final Sale.

Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To qualify:

The item must be in the same condition as received.

The item must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
