Cooltoi began operating in 2025 with a straightforward focus: offering locksmith tools at competitive prices, with attention to product quality and support after purchase.

We serve professional locksmiths, automotive technicians, and people developing their skills. Our range includes Lishi tools for residential, commercial, and automotive applications, alongside lock pick sets, practice locks, and accessories.

A toolkit that fits your work

Choosing a tool starts with understanding the job. Model numbers, keyways, and package options matter, whether you are buying a single tool or building a broader toolkit.

We aim to make those choices easier through clear product information and a direct way to contact us with questions before ordering.

Our inventory and shipping

We hold our own inventory and ship orders from China. Please review the product details and our shipping policy for information relevant to your order.

Bulk purchasing is also available. Contact us with the models and quantities you need to discuss availability and pricing.

Support beyond the purchase

Product quality matters to us, as does helping customers address questions after their order arrives. For product quality concerns or warranty enquiries, please contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. Coverage and resolution depend on the product and applicable terms.
